Personal Training Lessons (private lessons) are a great way for athletes to get one-on-one training from our highly experienced staff.

Personal Training Lessons are typically 60 minutes, however, lessons can be customized upon request.

Open Gym is a great way to stay focused on learning and perfecting new skills all with the aid and supervision of our highly trained and experienced coaching staff. Open gym is a one-hour session for the athletes to work on skills they wish, with no class schedule or specific training agenda.

OFF-SEASON TRAINING OPTIONS (held in the spring)

We offer tumbling and stunting (co-ed and all-girl) classes throughout the off-season usually held from April - May. Classes are held at various gymnastics facilities containing spring floors, cheer floors, trampolines, etc. with a low athlete to instructor ratio.

 

Tumbling Classes: For all levels of tumbling. Classes are structured around each athlete's skill level. Each athlete will be evaluated and placed into groups based on the skills they are working. This maximizes athletes development and classes efficiency for the best training experience.  

 

Stunting Classes: For all levels of stunting. Athletes will learn stretching and body positioning specific to each stunt sequence.

 

Athletes can register for classes online! Registration for Off-Season Classes will be advertised via social media and listed on our Off-Season page once registration is opened.
