Description
Our classes are workouts! Each class focuses on individualized spotting based on athletes' skill level, skill-specific drills that teach proper technique, and conditioning to improve athletes' overall strength.

Our 4-Person Classes are a great way to keep up your athlete's tumbling skills throughout the off-season. Each week we'll send our instructors to your school for a 60-min class. Classes can be customized to meet your athlete's needs. Each class follows a rotation-style format so athletes get ample amount of spots.

All of our classes are insured. Every instructor is background checked and trained.

Choose to be invoiced for each session or have athletes pay individually online
