Stunts & Pyramids
Our stunt and pyramid curriculum brings you new stunts each year and covers not only all skill levels, but also all team sizes as well. Making it possible for all teams to learn a pyramid they can use throughout any season!
Routine Selection
Every team gets to choose between two fully unique routines, allowing them to focus on what fits their team best:
The Cheerformance routine (like a homecoming-style routine) is performed to exclusive Core Athletic Music. Teams will have individualized time with Core Athletics Instructor(s) to create a routine that's personalized to your team's strengths!
Friday Night Lights Routine – A high-energy, collegiate-style routine designed for football and basketball games. This routine incorporates band chants and sideline cheer with stunting and crowd engagement. Quarter Cheer Routine – which is similar to a round 1 and consists of competitive cheer-style words performed with formations and jumps.

We Demonstrate Everything We Teach
Our collegiate-level instructors don’t just explain—they show you how it’s done. From stunts to sideline material, athletes learn by seeing proper technique and execution firsthand, ensuring they leave camp with skills they can perform with confidence.
Athlete & Team Enhancing Elective Classes
Each team can choose from a variety of specialized classes designed to develop skills that support their season objectives. New options include Introduction to STUNT The Sport Class, Motions Claps and Vocals Class, Sideline Performance Class and more!
Private Coaching
Teams receive actionable feedback from our instructors to improve skills and gain confidence during practice sessions to become performance-ready.
Sideline Cheers
Own the sidelines with Collegiate-Style and MHSAA-Style Cheers for football and basketball games. Our instructors teach high-energy cheers and spiriting techniques to maximize crowd engagement. MHSAA-style focuses on precision drills like the 10-Count, while collegiate-style emphasizes energy and interaction. Teams will master clean motions, proper engagement techniques, and incorporate signs, poms, and megaphones for an even bigger impact. Every team leaves camp with game-ready cheers to elevate their sideline presence.
Leadership Curriculum
We've intertwined individualized and team-building leadership activities into our camp programming to make our camp platform a place for every athlete to become a leader and a place where teams can bond and achieve their goals.
Stunt Challenges
Who doesn’t love a little competition? Throughout stunt classes, teams will compete in various stunt challenges to test strength, endurance, and technique in a fun and competitive environment.
All-Core Cheerleader Tryout
The ultimate individual achievement! Athletes who stand out at camp have the opportunity to earn the title of All Core Cheerleader, representing the best talent at camp. This is our exclusive take on an elite cheerleader selection program.

For Second Night Celebration, go for gold—anything yellow, gold, or golden—and celebrate the work that brought you here.
Thank you guys so much for such a great experience! It was the first time at camp for a lot of my athletes and to hear their positive feedback is so encouraging. They really enjoyed themselves.

My private coach was great. She really listened to our needs and respected that. She was a great mix with us. Thank you!

I loved the way the camp was ran overall. The material was great and I was very happy to have so much material we can actually use this season!

Autumm K
Hopkins High School
My girls learned to work together and got super excited about cheer. My team is all 6th-8th, so for most of them this was their first camp experience. The material was doable for them and the staff was great at adapting to their needs.

Erin S
East Jordan High School
The coaches were very helpful and amazing. They had positive attitudes and most importantly were ALL very knowledgable about the fundamentals of stunting, making it easier for all of them to teach every athlete on my team.

Bailey B
Northville High School
I felt like the energy the staff brought was great. The stunts were a step up from what we do, but the staff helped us get them. The cheers and dance were fun!
